Our client is a leading book publisher who requires a Contracts Assistant to work in their Legal Department. You will Process all contractual traffic for the company: maintain, access and make available company contracts archive and extract information to enable the company to meet its contractual obligations. You will Draft standard company contracts incorporating contract terms negotiated by editors and rights execs, Log and track progress of the contract, respond to all requests for rights of reversions and copyright permissions, support the Contracts Manager.
